Our 24 Hour Hospital is looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our established and supportive nursing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse with a particular interest in surgical nursing who is looking to further develop their skills within a busy, well-equipped hospital environment.
As a referral-level first opinion hospital, we benefit from a varied and interesting caseload, providing exposure to a wide range of surgical procedures, advanced diagnostics, and complex medical cases. We are fortunate to have access to excellent facilities and equipment, alongside a highly skilled and collaborative clinical team, creating an environment where learning and professional growth are actively encouraged.
This role will have a strong focus on surgical nursing and imaging, making it ideal for a nurse who enjoys theatre practice, anaesthesia, perioperative patient care, and supporting advanced diagnostic procedures. You will work closely with experienced veterinary surgeons and nurses, playing a key role in delivering outstanding patient care throughout every stage of the patient journey.
While the primary focus of the role is surgical nursing, flexibility is important within a hospital setting, and there may be occasions where ward nursing support is required. We are therefore looking for a team player who is committed to maintaining exceptional standards of patient care across all areas of the hospital.
You will be joining a well-established nursing team with a wealth of experience and expertise, ensuring plenty of support, mentorship, and opportunities to develop your interests. We are seeking someone who is driven to uphold the highest clinical standards, advocates for outstanding patient welfare, and is eager to contribute to the continued growth and success of our nursing services.
Whether you are looking to deepen your surgical nursing expertise, expand your imaging experience, or take the next step in your veterinary nursing career, this role offers the opportunity to work with an exceptional team in a dynamic and rewarding hospital environment.
