Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll be responsible for the following:

1. Risk Assessment:

• •Conduct risk assessments to identify potential IT risks.
• •Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk mitigation measures.
• •Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.

2. Compliance Management:

• •Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• •Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of regulatory requirements.
• •Assess the organization's compliance status, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• •Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• •Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, operations, and risk management teams.
• •Interpret regulatory requirements and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.

4. Regulatory Monitoring:

• •Monitor changes in regulatory environments.
• •Update internal policies and procedures accordingly to ensure timely and effective compliance.
