Essential Functions

• •Be a trusted point of connection in the financial center, creating seamless customer experiences.
• •Partner with teammates to maintain a welcoming, customer-ready environment.
• •Ask purposeful questions and listen deeply to uncover meaningful financial goals.
• •Provide guidance that helps customers make informed financial decisions.
• •Guide customers through account selection and opening with accuracy and efficiency.
• •Recommend products and services that support customers' financial goals.
• •Complete transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• •Deepen relationships through proactive follow-up, reliability, and personalized service.
• •Build new relationships through community involvement, referrals, and networking opportunities.
• •Manage and grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing financial conversations.
• •Connect customers with Mortgage, Business Banking, Wealth, and other specialized partners.
• •Meet performance goals related to customer experience, growth, and financial wellness.
• •Maintain operational soundness by following policies, procedures, and risk management practices.
• •Perform other duties as assigned to support financial center operations.

Additional Essential Functions

• •Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
• •Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
• •Work as part of a team
• •Work with on-site equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Experience

Customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
