Research Associate Position – The CODA (Culturally Optimizing DBT for Adolescents) Project
The Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine on Moses Campus, Bronx, NY is now accepting applications for a one or two-year (preferred), full-time research associate position in the Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adolescents (DBT-A) Program for 2026-2028. The research associate will collaborate on a grant project that aims to optimize DBT-A to incorporate cultural humility, antiracism and intersectionality principles, center voices of BIPOC youth through continuous collaboration, enhance engagement from families and communities, explore protective factors for suicide among BIPOC youth, and expand the capacity of Montefiore’s DBT-A Program to provide services to BIPOC youth.
The fellow will be provided with a full and comprehensive benefit package, including 20 vacation days, 9 hospital holidays, 12 sick days, and 5 conference days.
Qualifications and Skills:

One to two years experience in a similar role required
Candidates must meet all following requirements:
Strong interest in cultural humility, antiracism, and intersectionality principles
