What You’ll Do

• •Run company appointments to evaluate, qualify, and build estimates for roofing and home exterior projects
• •Self-generate leads through door knocking, networking, and organic opportunities
• •Build long-term relationships with clients, guiding them from initial contact to job completion
• •Close deals , sign contracts, and get projects into production while acting as a liaison between clients and our team
• •Collaborate with an experienced team to ensure each project is managed efficiently and to the highest standards

What We Look For

• •Prior experience in roofing, home exteriors , or related industries is a plus (but not required)
• •A self-starter with the ability to generate your own leads and build a pipeline
• •A team player with strong communication skills, eager to work in a collaborative environment
• •Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish
• •Drive and determination to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced industry
• •Reliable vehicle for local travel and client meetings
