Responsable Agile (Scrum Master)

• This is a senior Agile leadership opportunity focused on maximizing the value and predictability of technology delivery teams.
• You’ll help build high-performing, autonomous teams while continuously improving Agile practices and delivery processes.
• The role combines delivery performance management, Scrum facilitation, risk mitigation, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination.
• You’ll work closely with Product Owners, technical leaders, developers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives.
• Using delivery metrics such as velocity, predictability, and cycle time, you’ll help teams make better decisions and improve outcomes.
• You’ll also contribute to the evolution of Agile practices across a broader technology organization and collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leaders.
• This role is ideal for an experienced Agile professional who can combine servant leadership, strong structure, strategic thinking, and a practical focus on delivering value.
