Barista
Join our dynamic team as a Barista and become a vital part of creating a welcoming and vibrant environment for our customers. We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual who is passionate about coffee, food, and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation and espresso craftsmanship while taking ownership of your workspace to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using espresso machines and other equipment
- Assist in food preparation, including handling and serving light snacks and baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Uphold the brand’s standards for quality, presentation, and customer experience
- Take ownership of the space to ensure a welcoming environment for both customers and team members

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a food service role required
- Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques
- Basic food handling and preparation skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
