YOUR MISSION

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de ventas
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs (ventas, UPT, conversión, ticket promedio, etc.)
  • Apoyar en la ejecución de estrategias comerciales y visual merchandising
  • Garantizar estándares operativos y de servicio
  • Gestionar incidencias operativas y administrativas

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa como Supervisor, Key Holder o Assistant Manager en retail
  • Liderazgo, enfoque a resultados y habilidades de comunicación
  • Disponibilidad de horario (incluye fines de semana)
  • Pasión por el servicio al cliente y trabajo en equipo
