Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsabilidades:

• •Apoyar en la gestión operativa de la tienda.
• •Liderar, desarrollar y motivar al equipo de ventas.
• •Asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores comerciales y operativos.
• •Garantizar una excelente experiencia para nuestros consumidores.
• •Supervisar la correcta ejecución de procesos, inventarios y visual merchandising.

YOUR TALENT

Perfil:

• •Experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo dentro del sector retail.
• •Enfoque en resultados y orientación al cliente.
• •Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• •Disponibilidad de horario.
• •Postulación interna: Mínimo 1 año como supervisor
