• •Hourly Pay: $15.54 – $19.88 . Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• •Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

• •Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 1PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:

• •Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• •Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• •Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• •Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

• •High school diploma or equivalent required
• •Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
• •Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
• •Previous sales experience is a plus
• •Basic geography knowledge is a plus
• •Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
• •Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings. This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
