Key Responsibilities

• •Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through strong product knowledge and consultative selling.
• •Build customer loyalty by developing genuine relationships and delivering personalized service.
• •Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.
• •Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
• •Assist with merchandising, inventory management, restocking, and store presentation.
• •Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as needed.
• •Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company initiatives.

Requirements

Required

• •Ability to pass a background screening.
• •Must be 18 + years old.
• •Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• •Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays (when our customers need us most!).

Additional Qualifications

• •One year of retail, sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience.
• •Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• •Interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or clean-living products.
• •Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• •Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
