At Anglicare we are looking for a Retirement Living Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting residents to live independently, stay connected and enjoy a positive retirement living experience.

Your Opportunity

This is a full-time onsite opportunity based at Minto Gardens, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm

As a Retirement Living Coordinator , you will be working for resident wellbeing through the coordination of activities, events, communications, and community initiatives while providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the village.

You will work closely with residents, families, healthcare providers and village teams to ensure residents can easily access the services and support they need while maintaining a welcoming, vibrant and well-managed village environment.

With professionalism, empathy and a customer-focused approach, you will:

Resident Services & Customer Experience

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors and service providers

Respond promptly and professionally to resident enquiries, requests and concerns

Welcome new residents and assist with their transition into village life.

Assist with village tours and welcome prospective residents.

Administration & Operational Support

Maintain resident databases, records, and administrative documentation.

Prepare newsletters, notices, calendars, and other resident communications.

Organise bookings for community spaces, activities, and village facilities.

Support occupancy enquiries and village communications

Assist with resident meetings, forums, and committee groups.

Resident Wellbeing & Community Engagement

Assist with organising events, activities and community engagement opportunities

Coordinate external presenters, entertainers, volunteers, and community groups.

Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Promote workplace safety and compliance with WHS requirements

Monitor community areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.

Identify opportunities to improve resident experiences and village services

What You'll Bring

You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and supporting older people to live well and stay connected to their community.

What's Required

2 + years of experience in administration, coordination, customer service or resident services

2-3 + years of experience in computer literacy and confidence using technology systems using MS office suite

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

What's Preferred

2 + years of experience within retirement living, aged care, community services or a similar environment

Understanding of the needs of older people and resident-centred service delivery

Experience coordinating events, activities or community engagement initiatives
