Wir bieten bei unserem Kundenbetrieb in Bad Bentheim / Gildehaus eine direkte Vermittlung mit einem Bruttogehalt ab 2.700 € - 2.800 € Brutto je nach Qualifikation im Monat.

Dich erwartet als Retouren Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Tagschicht.

## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Kontaktaufnahme mit Kunden zur Klärung des Retourengrundes
  • Abfrage und Prüfung des konkreten Anliegens (z. B. Fehlbestellung, Defekt, Transportschaden, Garantie)
  • Vollständige Dokumentation des Kundenanliegens im Warenwirtschafts
  • Vorbereitung aller relevanten Informationen für das Lager zur Warenannahme
  • Klärung von Rückfragen des Lagers (Zustand, Zubehör, Verpackung, Seriennummern)

## Das bringst du mit:

  • Verständnis für Retouren-, Reklamations- und Garantie Prozesse
  • Fähigkeit zur strukturierten digitalen Dokumentation
  • Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Klare und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation (telefonisch & schriftlich)
  • Grundkenntnisse sich auf Englisch verständigen zu können
  • Teamfähigkeit und enge Abstimmung mit Lager, Vertrieb und Einkauf
