Set your sights on a role making a real difference in the healthcare system. We’re looking for a self-motivated Strategic Pricing Analyst to join our team. We have a relentless focus on driving results for our customers and enabling them to invest more into patient care; in turn, this allows us to continue to grow our company and your career.

Your day-to-day role will include:

Develop financial pricing strategies through complex technical analysis.

Prepare reports using benchmark data to analyze and forecast pricing simulation impacts.

Perform revenue and budget variance analysis to monitor strategy performance.

Analyze data to identify revenue trends, summarize financial reports, and prepare materials for discussion with finance teams.

Gather and compile data in a systematic fashion, clearly documenting assumptions and validating accuracy of information to resolve inconsistencies.

Collaborate with internal and external revenue integrity teams to accomplish all project goals.

Create and walk through executive presentations for client meetings.

You have:

MS Excel knowledge required, including experience with VLookups and Pivot Tables

Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail

Effective communication and presentation abilities

It would be great if you also have:

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business-related field and 1-2 years of experience in an analyst role

Knowledge of revenue cycle, financials, payor contracts, or hospital reimbursement

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $48,131.00 - $81,225.49 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
