Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Transformation Intern to join the Risk & Compliance team. The position will be based in Paris, and start October 2026. You will report to the Head of Transformation Risk & Compliance.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Head of Transformation Risk & Compliance in coordinating and monitoring transformation initiatives across the department, with a focus on AI and automation use cases
  • Preparing presentations, reports and management materials related to the Risk & Compliance transformation strategy and roadmap
  • Assisting with the implementation of tools, including testing, issue escalation and preparation of supporting materials for user adoption
  • Conducting benchmarking and research on emerging technologies, AI applications and market practices relevant to Risk & Compliance functions
  • Supporting communication and change management activities to foster adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree student in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Strong interest in AI, project management and Risk & Compliance topics
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Knowledge of generative AI technologies (large language models, AI agents, automation tools) and emerging AI trends
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and delivery orientation
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus

Within the Risk & Compliance department, a team of almost 60 talented professionals in Risk, business continuity management and Compliance, spread across our various geographies, ensures the value and reputation of the company. Identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation actions, ensuring a sound system of controls, maintaining awareness and a robust risk and compliance culture across the organisation, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations are the core activities embedded in our team.
