Status: .9 (36 hours a week)

Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse for our Behavioral Health Unit.

As an RN at MercyOne, you will:

• •Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent mental health care for children through aging adult patient populations
• •Key accountabilities include: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice; adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
• •Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities

General Requirements:

• •No experience required
• •Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse in Iowa; Registered Nurse in Illinois within 1 year
• •Training Preferred: Certified in Mental Health Nursing; Baccalaureate in Nursing
• •Special Training: Basic Life Support

Education/Licensure:

• •Education: Associate's Degree
• •Field Of Study: Nursing
