  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (PCs, Laptops, Monitore, Dockingstations)
  • Vorbereitung, Installation und individuelle Anpassung der Geräte
  • Erfassung und Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie der zugehörigen Serviceanfragen in den internen Systemen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung festgelegter Qualitätsrichtlinien und -standards
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vor-Ort-Service oder im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
  • Erfahrung im Imaging sowie in der Konfiguration von Notebooks und PCs
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Vorliegen einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung nach SÜ1 oder alternativ eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
