What You'll Do

• •Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior storm damage.
• •Generate your own opportunities while working company-provided leads.
• •Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior restoration solutions.
• •Build trust, solve problems, and close sales.
• •Safely climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
• •Use company technology (CRM, iPad, mobile apps) to manage your pipeline and customer communication.
• •Deliver an exceptional customer experience from inspection through signed contract.

Requirements

Qualifications

• •2-4 years of outside sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, solar, pest control, construction, or similar industries)
• •Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• •Ability to safely carry ladders weighing up to 100 lbs. and climb roofs as needed
• •Comfortable using CRM software, iPads, and mobile technology
