You will implement TT operational capabilities and support market operations, coordinating route planning, system tools, and sales team management. Also shape distribution strategy and field force performance at scale, influencing market expansion and operational transformation, with direct exposure to senior market leaders and regional stakeholders.
How you will contribute
You will:
Design TT route plans and territories in each distributor based on business requirements and opportunities by area, to ensure timely completion with optimal productivity.
Lead annual TT RTM target setting for Distributor Partners to drive distribution, execution, and route efficiency
Support TT in designing, launching, and optimizing route-to-market and field force structures through insight-driven assessments.
Implement robust tracking mechanisms for weekly, monthly, and annual Distributor performance reviews and scorecards.
Ensure TT sales team maintains a high-performing distributor field force with optimal resource allocation and execution discipline.
Oversee action planning from store audits to close distribution and execution gaps.
Collaborate with IT on distributor management system enhancements to ensure the right tools, processes, and analytics drive distributors toward performance targets.
Conduct testing for system implementations and changes, working closely with sales, cross-functional, and external service providers.
Manage multi-market projects as project owner or stakeholder, including transformations, RTM redesigns, and digital tool upgrades.
What you will bring (Requirement)
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
At least 5 years of strong experience in FMCG. Must have experience in TT Route optimization/ RTM of FMCG or distributor management roles.
Advanced computer literacy; distributor sales systems and tools, especially MS Excel, DMS, and Power BI, are required.
Proven track record in optimizing field force and distribution performance across markets.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
Experience in multi-market regions or SEA regional environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries with speed and composure.
Good in English and Thai communication skills.
Willingness to travel upcountry from time to time.
