Your Role

• •Own end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) / Run Operations delivery for enterprise applications.
• •Manage production support, incident, problem, and change management while ensuring SLA/KPI adherence.
• •Lead customer governance, stakeholder management, escalations, and service review meetings.
• •Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, automation, and service stability initiatives.
• •Manage delivery teams, resource planning, capacity management, and basic financial/governance activities.

Your Profile

• •15+ years of IT experience with strong ADM/AMS Application Support background.
• •Technical foundation in Java, .NET, C#, J2EE, or other custom application technologies .
• •Hands-on experience in Run Operations, Production Support, Incident, Problem & Change Management .
• •ITIL, ServiceNow/JIRA, SLA/KPI governance, stakeholder and client management.
• •Team leadership experience along with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and operational governance.
