Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Betreuung und Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen sowie Aufträgen aus dem In- und Ausland in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Ausarbeitung und Erstellung von Angeboten sowie komplette Auftragsbearbeitung inklusive Bestätigungen
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen (Pro-Forma und final) sowie Versand- und Lieferdokumenten
  • Bearbeitung und Erstellung exportrelevanter Unterlagen wie Ursprungsnachweise und Präferenzpapiere (z. B. EUR.1, ATR)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Kontrolle aller zollrelevanten Prozesse (inkl. ATLAS-Abwicklung)
  • Prüfung und Einhaltung exportkontrollrechtlicher Vorgaben
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Intrastat-Meldungen sowie Gelangensbestätigungen
  • Umsetzung der Anforderungen im Bereich Luftfrachtsicherheit

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Außenhandel, Industrie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im internationalen Versand bzw. Export von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Technisches Grundverständnis wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Service- und Teamverständnis
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. ABAS) sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
