Ihre Aufgaben:

Abwicklung und Anpassung von Aufträgen inkl. Kostenvoranschlägen, Auftragsbestätigungen und Rechnungen (Fakturierung)

Kunden- und Lieferantenkommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch

Bearbeitung von Reparatur- und Reklamationsaufträgen inkl. Gutschriften und Ersatzlieferungen

Organisation von Ersatzlieferungen

Verwaltung von Leih- und Austauschwerkzeugen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung in Aftersales, Auftragsabwicklung oder Reklamationsmanagement von Vorteil

Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (im Idealfall SAP S/4HANA) sowie Outlook und den gängigen Microsoft-Anwendungen

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Hohe Organisationsfähigkeit, Sorgfalt und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
