Wir suchen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst für den Bereich Export. Der Standort des international agierenden Unternehmens ist auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar. Bewerben Sie sich jetzt für diese langfristige Vollzeitstelle.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Auftragsabwicklung für definierte internationale Märkte
  • Eigenverantwortliche Export- und Zollabwicklung
  • Steuerung und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Prozessabläufe
  • Koordination von Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistern
  • Ansprechpartner für kundenbezogene Auftrags- und Prozessfragen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Management
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Umsetzung passender Lösungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Kenntnisse in der Export- und Zollabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Hands-on-Mentalität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
