Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Provide analytical support to sales teams through reporting, KPI tracking, and business performance insights
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to support commercial reviews and decision-making
- Monitor pipeline performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Manage customer requests including documentation, certifications, compliance materials, and commercial information
- Coordinate product sample requests and ensure timely follow-up and delivery
- Maintain and update customer platforms, databases, and commercial records
- Support vendor management activities, including purchase requisitions, follow-ups, and administrative coordination
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense processes, and internal business support activities
- Act as a key link between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, business analytics, or related functions (recent graduates with relevant internship or practicum experience will also be considered)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and KPI analyses
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across diverse teams
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
