What you’ll do as the Sales Associate:

• •Present, promote, and sell vehicles using Performance techniques
• •Build strong rapport with customers to provide an enjoyable car-buying experience
• •Advise and educate customers on selecting a vehicle by listening to their individualized needs
• •Establish and achieve strategic sales performance goals
• •Ensure that, as part of the delivery process, all customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork

What you’ll need to be our Sales Associate:

• •Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic
• •Persuasive, risk-taker; quick to connect and a strong drive for results
• •Casual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informality
• •High school diploma or equivalent required
• •Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• •Valid driver’s license without restrictions
• •Obtain an Active Ohio Sales License
