Jakie będą Twoje obowiązki na stanowisku Sales Associate?
- Ciepłe powitanie każdej osoby odwiedzającej sklep LEGO® i zapewnianie inspirujących oraz niezapomnianych doświadczeń
- Ustalanie indywidualnych potrzeb klientów, prezentowanie oferty i dodatkowych korzyści z zakupu produktów LEGO.
- Oferowanie karty lojalnościowej, zachęcanie do skorzystania z oferty LEGO.com i wszelkich innych dostępnych usług.
- Współpraca z innymi sprzedawcami, w celu zapewnienia najlepszej możliwej obsługi klientom LEGO.
- Działanie zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami oraz wytycznymi przełożonego
- Dbanie o porządek i właściwą organizację zaplecza sklepu oraz zapewnienie dostępności produktów na sali sprzedaży
- Rozwiązywanie zgłoszonych przez klientów problemów i informowanie przełożonego o trudnych sytuacjach
- Przestrzeganie zasad BHP
Czy masz to, czego potrzeba, aby zostać członkiem zespołu LEGO® Brand Retail?
- Doświadczenie w handlu detalicznym jest mile widziane, ale nie jest wymagane
- Pasja do marki LEGO® i chęć reprezentowania jej wartości
- Łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów i tworzeniu relacji z klientami
- Umiejętność pracy w zespole
- Znajomość obsługi komputera będzie dodatkowym atutem

Compensation
Wynagrodzenie początkowe na tym stanowisku wynosi zł36.30 . Na tym stanowisku obowiązuje system premiowy, w ramach którego roczny, docelowy poziom premii (przy realizacji celów na poziomie 100%) wynosi 5% wynagrodzenia zasadniczego, a także standardowy pakiet benefitów. Dalsze informacje dotyczące poszczególnych składników wynagrodzenia i benefitów przekazywane są w trakcie procesu rekrutacyjnego.
