What You’ll Do

• •Provide exceptional customer service to clients shopping for new and used Toyotas
• •Create a fun, friendly buying experience both online and in-store
• •Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text
• •Guide customers through complimentary services like ToyotaCare, on-demand test drives, and shuttle support
• •Use best-in-class tech tools to manage sales—from CRM to equity mining systems
• •Collaborate with team members to hit store goals and deliver smiles

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• •1+ year of Professional Car Sales experience
• •1+ year of Customer Service experience (call center, customer support, bartending, server, etc.)
• •Phone and interpersonal skills
• •Motivated self-starter with positive energy
• •Teachable, adaptable, willing to learn
• •Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• •Experience with SMS/email campaigns helpful
• •Leadership potential is a plus—we love to promote from within
