The brands on your kitchen shelf are run by people doing extraordinary work that nobody sees.

We're building the platform they run on, and a brand they'll be proud to be part of.

Confido is the AI operating system that runs cash application, deductions, trade and planning in one place for CPG brands. That means Finance, Sales, and Ops finally work on the same number.

We’re trusted by 250+ brands managing $20B+ in revenue, including Daisy, OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Idahoan, and more. We've achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $55M Series B led by Insight Partners to accelerate our momentum.

If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you.

The Role

We're hiring a CPG Sales Finance Manager to own the accruals, deduction, dispute resolution experience for our customers. Disputes sit at the center of what Confido automates for CPG brands, and this role is the connective tissue between our Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams — making sure customers actually resolve disputes faster and more accurately on our platform, not just process them.

You'll work hands-on with customer data to investigate and resolve deduction disputes, help new customers get their dispute workflows configured correctly during onboarding, and be the expert voice that tells Product where the platform's dispute logic needs to evolve.

What You’ll Do

Product Feedback Loop

Partner with product and engineering team to inform roadmap priorities, validate designs, and ensure we're solving real CPG demand planning challenges

Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product insights

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them to optimize workflows, solve challenges, and maximize platform value

Collaborate with sales & marketing teams on key go-to-market activities including discovery calls, content generation and educational materials, running webinars, etc.

Implementation Support

Partner with the Implementation team during customer onboarding to configure dispute workflows

Help new customers migrate and clean up historical dispute and deduction data as part of go-live

Train customer teams on how to manage disputes within the Confido platform

Customer Success

Act as the dispute-resolution expert within the broader CS relationship, jumping into health checks or escalations when disputes are a pain point

Help CS managers explain dispute trends, aging, and recovery performance to customers in QBRs

Flag at-risk accounts where unresolved disputes signal a deeper adoption or workflow issue

What We're Looking For

5+ years of hands-on demand planning experience at CPG brands, including direct responsibility for forecast generation, demand-supply collaboration, and S&OP processes

3+ years of experience in deductions, trade promotion finance, accounts receivable, or a similar CPG/retail-adjacent operations role

Comfortable working in the details of retailer/distributor documentation and reconciling discrepancies with precision

Strong cross-functional communicator — equally comfortable talking to a customer, an implementation lead, and a product manager

Process-oriented with a sharp eye for patterns; you notice when something's recurring and want to fix the root cause, not just the instance

Experience with CPG trade, deductions, or AR systems is a strong plus

Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week

🌴 Perks + Benefits

Equity — own a meaningful piece of the company you’re helping build

Fully paid health coverage through Aetna — we cover 100% of employee premiums

Top-tier dental and vision coverage through Guardian

Carrot Fertility Pro — comprehensive fertility and family-forming support

Fully equipped workspace from day one — laptop, monitor, keyboard, and a $200 stipend to personalize your setup

Team perks — catered Friday lunches, team dinners, and unlimited coffee + snacks featuring products from the brands we work with
