What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the connection between real estate opportunities and investors by:

• •Confidently negotiating property terms and pricing
• •Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
• •Consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals
• •Monitoring daily KPIs to track and improve performance
• •Working closely with a driven, results-focused team
• •Meeting buyers face-to-face
• •Networking in person to expand and strengthen your connections

Monday - Friday

Job Requirements:

• •Previous sales experience
• •Comfortable using basic computer software and applications
• •Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
• •Self-motivated with a positive, growth-focused attitude
• •Competitive drive and desire to succeed
• •Reliable vehicle for transportation

Pay Structure:

Commission based income where what you earn will be a direct result of your hard work
