岗位职责：

• 1 、 负责西门子 和 ABB 开关面板产品 济南地区零售 & 家装渠道（家装公司 / 项目工长 / 设计师） 的拓展，及经销商和终端门店的开发与管理；
• 2 、对负责的渠道发展进行规划，提高市场份额；
• 3 、关注市场动向，收集竞品信息及其它营销信息等；
• 4 、分销客户的开拓跟进及日常关系维护，建立良好的长期合作关系；
• 5 、负责产品推进并实施区域内培训工作安排；
• 6 、规划区域产品营销策略，根据公司安排进行产品推广；
• 7 、工作地为济南 。

• 任职要求：
• 1 、大专及以上学历；
• 2 、 5 年以上销售工作经验，有 开关、灯具 、五金、家电、快消品等行业工作经验者优先；
• 3 、对于零售具有一定的理解和管理经验 ，有家装业务工作经验者优先 ；
• 4 、了解建材行业，有一定客户资源和客户关系优先；
• 5 、具备较强的市场分析、推广能力和良好的人际沟通协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；
• 6 、具备明锐的市场洞察能力，有较强的逻辑思维能力和计划组织能力；
• 7 、吃苦耐劳，具有一定的抗压能力。
