Recognized as a leading issuer of multi-asset structured products, Vontobel is significantly expanding its presence in Asia. Its Structured Solutions Financial Institutions team delivers innovative solutions to intermediaries such as banks, brokers, external asset managers, and family offices. To support our business growth, we are looking for a structured solutions sales for our Hong Kong office.

This role is ideal for a recent university graduate with experience in the financial services industry looking to break into structured product sales or for an early career switch.

What would your role be?

• •On-board and monetize new clients.
• •Service its existing network of Bank and Broker clients.
• •Service clients on the whole product lifecycle and maximize activity with pro-active advisory and investment led initiatives.
• •Increase share of wallet with innovative structured solutions and products.
• •Support the Asia Structured Solutions Financial Institution team in its Advisory and Client engagement efforts - marketing materials, idea generation, client acquisition, bank coverage and overall activity growth contribution.
• •Ownership of transversal tasks of various taskforces - product development, platform project management and new markets.

What are we looking for?

• •Degree in finance, management, economics, mathematics or science major.
• •Experience in a similar role ideally with exposure to External Asset managers/Banks.
• •Strong interest in financial markets and good understanding of derivatives instruments.
• •Analytical and structured thinking, highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• •Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, capacity to convince and to transform ideas into reality.
• •A genuine team mindset, you inspire your colleagues with exemplary behavior and contribute to a culture of opportunities and innovation.
• •A can do and proactive attitude to fix complex issues involving numerous stakeholders.
• •Ability to deal with ambiguity, you have the agility and resilience to adapt to various situations.
• •Passion to succeed and deliver, you are keen to make an impact in the future growth of the Asian business.
• •Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• •Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
