As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate you will support client engagements within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, helping deliver SAP technology work that supports process design, system enhancement, and issue resolution from strategy through execution. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, guide and mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while developing your technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC, you will help manage several client priorities, contribute to the growth of your own and your team’s technical acumen, stay current on business and economic trends, and support business development efforts across SAP technology work.

Responsibilities

  • - Managing SAP ABAP development workstreams across client engagements from requirements review through solution delivery
  • - Designing, coding, testing, and debugging ABAP programs, enhancements, interfaces, and forms in SAP environments
  • - Translating functional specifications into technical designs that support finance technology and core ERP processes
  • - Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to resolve issues, refine requirements, and align deliverables to project timelines
  • - Leveraging SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Analytics Cloud to support modernized application solutions
  • - Applying process improvement and automation techniques to streamline development efforts and reduce manual effort
  • - Reviewing code for quality, performance, and maintainability while supporting defect resolution and system stability
  • - Mentoring junior team members, sharing technical knowledge, and contributing to team capability development
  • - Supporting client problem solving by analyzing complex technical issues and recommending practical solutions

What You Must Have

  • - At least a Bachelor's degree
  • - At least 2 years of experience
  • - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • - At least one SAP certification aligned to technology and platform solutions
  • - Advanced ABAP development experience across SAP landscapes and releases
  • - Experience building SAP Fiori, HANA, or NetWeaver solutions
  • - Exposure to SAP BTP, Integration Suite, or Security
  • - Demonstrating client-facing consulting across multiple workstreams
  • - Mentoring junior team members while navigating complex technical issues
