Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

• •Ensure the efficient operation, performance, and security of enterprise applications within the organization.
• •Establish and maintain effective incident management processes to track and resolve problems efficiently.
• •Manage and optimize applications that are vital to business processes and decision-making.
• •Coordinate enhancements for homegrown and commercial software solutions.
• •Implement solutions that align with strategic business objectives, foster seamless integration between applications, and ensure end-users have reliable access to the tools and data they need.
• •Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including installation, monitoring, and support.
• •Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT support, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement application changes.
• •Collaborate and share information with other Platforms and Service Owners.
• •Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in application administration to recommend improvements and innovations that align with organizational goals.
• •Embrace continuous learning and self-development.
• •Support application rationalization initiatives.
• •Work with technology partners and consultancies.
• •Support the simplification and consolidation of applications.

What We’re Looking For:

• •Proven experience as an Application Administrator or in a similar role.
• •Minimum 5 years of functional experience.
• •Experience administering operational procedures to ensure services run smoothly.
• •Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.
• •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• •Advanced English level.
• •Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• •C# language experience.
