Role Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP FICA Architect to lead large-scale transformation, implementation, and support engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA), solution architecture, business process consulting, stakeholder management, and integrations across Utilities, Telecom, Insurance, and Subscription-based industries.

Experience: 18-20+ Years
Primary Skill: SAP FICA
Secondary Skills: SAP IS-U, SAP BRIM, SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP
Key Responsibilities
Define and govern SAP FICA solution architecture.
Lead end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs.
Conduct design workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution reviews.
Drive scalable enterprise solutions and architecture best practices.
Partner with business teams to optimize customer accounting processes.
Lead FICA data migration, reconciliation, cutover, and go-live activities.
Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, and architecture governance.
Mentor teams and engage with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Engineering, or related field.
SAP FICA Certification preferred.
SAP IS-U or SAP BRIM Certification is an added advantage.
