  • This is a senior SAP integration support role focused on maintaining stability and availability across complex enterprise integration landscapes.
  • You’ll take ownership of critical production incidents across SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI on SAP BTP, helping restore business-critical interfaces quickly.
  • The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with root-cause analysis, permanent fixes, monitoring, and continuous service improvement.
  • You’ll work across hybrid environments connecting SAP ECC/S/4HANA, cloud platforms, and non-SAP systems.
  • Close collaboration with functional, technical, infrastructure, and external partner teams will be essential to resolving complex integration issues.
  • The position offers an opportunity to work in an enterprise managed-services environment where reliability, SLA performance, and technical expertise are highly valued.
  • You’ll also contribute to robust documentation, knowledge sharing, and production support practices while working independently during high-priority incidents.
