As a SAP PPDS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives within our Advisory practice.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your growing knowledge of business operations to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will be responsible for coaching and managing performance to meet client expectations, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, effectively mentoring team members and addressing conflicts or issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• - Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
• - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
• - Optimizing supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
• - Leading project planning, budgeting, and execution to validate successful completion
• - Developing and managing project resources to meet client expectations and timelines
• - Utilizing data-driven insights to improve supply chain performance and decision-making
• - Implementing procurement strategies to enhance cost management and efficiency
• - Coordinating supply chain activities to streamline operations and reduce lead times
• - Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth
• - Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders when necessary
• - Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and requirements

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 4 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
• - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
• - Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance supply chain processes
• - Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
• - Leveraging data-driven insights for supply chain transformation
