Job Description:
Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Own project planning, scope, schedule, milestones, resources and delivery.
Define project plans, timelines, dependencies and key deliverables.
Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and milestones.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate internal teams, SAP functional consultants, technical teams, business users and external vendors.
Manage project scope, change requests and delivery priorities.
Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality, scope and timeline requirements.
