About this Role:

Consertus is looking for an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Nashville, TN. As part of a project controls team, you’ll develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6. Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects
• •Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports
• •Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports
• •Identify project changes, trends, and risks
• •Review and analyze contractors’ baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals
• •Prepare schedule reports for management

Qualifications/Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required
• •Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects.
• •Proficiency in Primavera P6 , Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen
