Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

Reporting to: Administrator

Department: Intake and Scheduling

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Ennoble Care is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, communicating, and revising the daily schedules of providers conducting in-home and tele-health visits.

What you’ll do:

Schedule/re-schedule patient appointments for clinical providers

Contact patients, communities and partners to communicate, align and confirm patient schedules

Reviews and updates patients’ demographic and insurance information

Effectively prioritizes tasks

Promotes prompt and courteous service

Displays excellent communication skills

Maintains provider daily appointment load

Handles voicemails daily and ensures all inquiries are handled properly.

Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

High School Diploma

Experience as an Aide preferably in healthcare

Extremely organized and able to manage files, logbooks and staff schedules

Calm demeanor under stressful situations

Able to meet deadlines

Communication skills

Computer proficient

Proper phone etiquette and multi phone line skill set

Work well under pressure

Be dependable

Display teamwork

Pay rate is $18.00 an hour
