Schichtführer / Produktionsleiter (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben sind:

  • Du hast den Überblick: Du koordinierst den Personaleinsatz auf der Schicht und sorgst dafür, dass die Maschinen laufen und das auch während der Übergabe
  • Bei technischen Problemen bist du die erste Anlaufstelle und gibst das Signal an Schlosserei oder Elektrik, wenn's nicht in 15 Minuten selbst zu lösen ist
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Versorgung der Abfüllmaschinen nach vorheriger Produktprüfung, versteht sich
  • Verpackungsmaterial bestellst und bereitstellst du eigenständig über das Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Stichprobenkontrollen (Verpackung, Gewicht, Metall) gehören genauso zu deinem Alltag wie das Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung -- als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder Metallbauer (m/w/d) -- oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Quereinsteiger aus der Produktion mit entsprechender Erfahrung sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen, auch als Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) oder Betriebsschlosser (m/w/d) bringst du das nötige Know-how mit
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise im Schichtbetrieb
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Lust, Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen
  • Kommunikativ , offen und selbstbewusst im Umgang mit Menschen
