Schichtführer (m/w/d)nbsp;

Sicherung der Produktion im Schichtbetrieb und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe•Verantwortung für die Personaleinsatzplanung und -Disposition•Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen / Unterweisungen•Führung und Motivation der Schichtmitarbeiter/-innen•Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen und externen Audits•Mitarbeit bei Rüstvorgängen und Neuinstallation von Fertigungsanlagen und Unterstützung bei Wartung und Reparatur der Produktionsanlagen•Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Checklisten und Sicherstellung der zur Produktion notwendigen Dokumentation•Erkennung und Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Produktivität, Kosten und Qualität

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metall- oder Elektrobereich•Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den oben beschriebenen Aufgaben, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen•Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern•Zielorientierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit•Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im Zwei- bis Vierschichtbetrieb
