  • Du führst Deine Schichten selbstständig und bist Ansprechpartner für Deine Gäste und Dein Team.
  • Du unterstützt den Restaurantleiter bei dem Erreichen von Zielen für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Restaurants.
  • Du unterstützt das operative Geschäft.
  • Durch deine Schichtführung gewährleistest du eine hohe Produktqualität und sorgst für die Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften.
  • Kontrolle der Sicherheits-, Service- und Qualitätsstandards.
  • Abrechnung von Kassen- sowie Safebeständen.
  • All about Warenmanagement: Du nimmst die Warenanlieferung an und überprüfst sie auf Vollständigkeit.
  • Dein Team: auf Deiner Schicht bist Du für die Abläufe an der Kasse und in der Küche verantwortlich.

  • Du hast eine positive Ausstrahlung und ein sicheres Auftreten.
  • Du hast keine Angst vor Verantwortung und bist entscheidungsfreudig.
  • Du gehst souverän mit Stresssituationen um.
  • Du bist Meister der Problemlösung.
  • Du hast Spaß an der Gastronomie und mit Menschen zu arbeiten.
  • Du hast eine gastronomische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Du hast Bock drauf!
