Stellenbeschreibung

Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten des Schichtleiters sind abwechslungsreich. Nach einer umfangreichen Einarbeitung wirken Sie mit an der Einhaltung des Produktionsplanes, Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs und Mitarbeit bei der Organisation der Produktion, d.h. Material-, Ausrüstungs- und Personalplanung.

  • Überwachung und Unterstützung der Produktionsmitarbeiter bei der Abarbeitung von Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Überwachung der Produktionsmitarbeiter bei der Einhaltung ihrer Arbeits- und Pausenzeiten im Tages- sowie im Schichtdienst.
  • Berichtspflichtig an den Produktionsleiter zum aktuellen Status der Produktionsabteilungen und bei Qualitäts- und Terminabweichungen
  • Kontrolle der Umsetzung von Festlegungen aus innerbetrieblichen Dokumenten, z.B. Fertigungsaufträge, SOPs, Verfahrensanweisungen, Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
  • Fachliche Weisungsbefugnis bei Produktionsabweichungen nach Rücksprache mit dem Produktionsleiter
  • Bedarfsgerechte Verwaltung und Ausgabe von Arbeitsschutzausrüstungen, Arbeits- und Betriebsmitteln für die Produktionsmitarbeiter
  • Mitarbeit bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen in Absprache mit dem Produktionsleiter
  • Dokumenten und Artikelpflege sowie Erstellung von Herstellungsdokumenten.
  • Arbeitszeit in wechselnden Schichten (keine Nachtschicht), kein Wochenende und kein Feiertag

Stellenanforderung

  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Lebensmittelindustrie oder pharmazeutischen Industrie sind wünschenswert
  • ein hohes Bewusstsein für Sauberkeit und Hygiene
  • PC-Kenntnisse in Excel und Word
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift sind Voraussetzung
