Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortlich für Qualität und Quantität des Maschinenausstoßes
  • Personalführung – Ansprechpartner für das gesamte Personal auf der Schicht.
  • Organisation der Abläufe in der Schicht
  • Dokumentation basierend auf DIN ISO Vorlagen: Schichtübergabe, Störzeitenbericht, Prozessdokumentation, Materialrückverfolgungen und Qualitätsprüfungen
  • Personalplanung
  • Durchführung von Unterweisungen des Schichtpersonals

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff/ Kautschuk (Spritzguss), idealerweise mit Fortbildung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Spritzgusses
  • Sehr gutes technisches und analytisches Verständnis
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Automatisierungstechnik
  • Möglichst Erfahrung in der Schicht- oder Teamleitung (4-Schicht)
  • Belastbarkeit, hohe Eigendynamik und Eigenmotivation
  • gute kommunikative Kompetenz
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist
