- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit nachgewiesener Führungskompetenz
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst und flexible Einsatzfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke und Koordinationstalent für Schnittstellen
- Interesse an Lean Management und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
