# Schichtleitung Technik (m/w/d)

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Koordinierung und Durchführung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten im Bereich der Produktionsanlagen
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit der Produktionsanlagen
  • Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Optimierung der Instandhaltungsprozesse
  • Förderung der beruflichen und persönlichen Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter (gn) und Sicherstellung der benötigten Kompetenzen

  • Ausbildung zum Meister (gn), Techniker (gn) (Elektrotechnik, Fachrichtung Betriebstechnik)
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzfreude
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Leistungsbereitschaft
