Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Konstruktionsmechaniker, Metallbauer, Schlosser, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar. Praxiserfahrung in der Montage von Schweißkonstruktionen sowie sichere Kenntnisse in gängingen Schweißverfahren. Gültige Schweißprüfungen sind von Vorteil. Gute Material- und Werkstoffkenntnisse in der Metallverarbeitung.

Eigenverantwortliche Ausführung von Stahlbau- und Schlosserarbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen. Sicherer und fachgerechter Einsatz moderner Maschinen, Anlagen und Werkzeuge im Stahlbau. Durchfühung von Schweißarbeiten (Stumpf- und Kehlnähte) in unterschiedlichen Positionen und Materialstärken. Qualitätssichetung dutrch selbständige Prüfung der eigenen Arbeit gemäß den vorgegebenen Qualitätsanforderungen.
