### Für unseren namhaften Auftraggeber Kornes AG in Freising suchen wir zum frühestmöglichen Eintrittstermin einen Schweißer (m/w/d)

### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Herstellung von Behälterbaugruppen und Rohrleitungen basierend auf Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Schweißanweisungen (WPS) im WIG Schweißverfahren
  • Einstellen und Überprüfen von funktionswichtigen Maßen und Toleranzen
  • Ausführen von mechanischen Tests wie Prüfen, Messen und Qualitätsbewertungen
  • Bearbeitung, Ausrichtung und Feinschliff von Bauteilen
  • Kompetentes Lesen und Verstehen von Konstruktionsplänen
  • Herstellung von Druckbehältern und Tanks unter Berücksichtigung von Normen wie ASME
  • Verantwortlich für Druckprüfungen und korrekte Beschriftungen zur Vorbereitung auf TÜV-Abnahmen

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf oder als Schweißer (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise einschlägige Praxis im Metallbau oder in der Schweißtechnik
  • Fundiertes Wissen in diversen Schweißtechniken (WIG, MAG)
  • Wünschenswert sind Grundkenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Vorgehensweise
