Die Liebert GmbH ist seit 35 Jahren regional in der Arbeitsnehmerüberlassung und -vermittlung zwischen Stuttgart, Plochingen und Göppingen tätig.

Wir bieten unseren Mitarbeitern interessante Stellen als Sprungbrett und die Chance auf Übernahme beim Kunde an.

Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach Mitarbeiter/n im Fachbereich Metall mit langfristigen Einsatz und Option auf Übernahme für folgenden Bereich:

  • fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von etwa 10 Facharbeitern im Zusammenbau, Schweißerei und Materialzuschnitt
  • kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der von Ihnen geführten Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherung der Qualität, Termine und Überwachung der Kosten
  • Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen
  • Auslastung, Planung und Steuerung der Fertigungskapazitäten
  • Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter
  • Abstimmung der Termine mit der Mechanischen CNC Fertigung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung
  • mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • umfassende Erfahrung in der Blech- und Metallverarbeitung (Schweißfachmann)
  • EDV- Kenntnisse
