Seasonal Color Crew Member

Description

Russell Landscape is seeking skilled, motivated, and hard-working Crew Members to join our seasonal color and flower installation team. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy working outdoors, and want to grow with a top-tier landscaping company, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• •Install seasonal color and flowers at commercial properties
• •Perform planting, mulching, bed preparation, and cleanup
• •Assist with loading and unloading plants, materials, and equipment
• •Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• •Follow direction from Crew Leaders and complete jobs safely and efficiently
• •Help maintain clean and professional job sites
• •Occasionally assist with landscape enhancements or maintenance projects

What You Bring

• •1–2 years of landscape or planting experience preferred (we’ll train the right person)
• •Ability to operate basic landscape equipment (blowers, trimmers, etc.)
• •Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• •Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• •Valid driver’s license is a plus

The Physical Side

This role requires physical stamina, including frequent walking, bending, lifting, and handling materials. You’ll be active and outdoors every day.
